California Wildfire Scholarship Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   Teachers employed in LAUSD, Pasadena, Malibu, La Cañada, and other districts directly affected by the January 2025 California wildfires are eligible to apply.

2. Scholarship Usage:

   • Each scholarship is awarded to one teacher for personal use in their classroom only.
   • Funds, materials, or benefits provided through the scholarship may not be sold, shared, or transferred to others.

3. Application Process:

   • Applications will be evaluated based on demonstrated need.
   • A limited number of scholarships are available.
   • Teachers selected to receive scholarships will be notified by January 31, 2025.

4. Program Compliance:
   Scholarship recipients must adhere to all rules and regulations outlined in the program terms. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the scholarship.

5. Non-Transferability:
   Scholarships are non-transferable and may only be used for the purposes explicitly outlined by the scholarship program.

6. Additional Information:

   • All decisions regarding the selection of scholarship recipients are final.
   • The program reserves the right to amend or update these terms as necessary.
