Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate with Simplify Learning, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Affiliate Compensation

Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 30% commission on purchases of Simplify Writing® personal licenses made within 30 days of a user clicking their unique affiliate link.

Commission rate may be changed on new sales with 30 days written notice.

Exclusions:

  1. District purchases cannot be tracked and are not eligible for affiliate commissions.
  2. Only purchases made using the affiliate’s unique link will qualify for commissions. 
  3. Sales tax is excluded from commission.
  4. Entry products under $30, such as the $27 promotional spelling program, are excluded from the commission program.

Payment Schedule:

  • Commissions will be paid 60 days after the purchase to account for the refund period.

  • Payments will be made via the method provided during affiliate registration.

 

Use of Affiliate Links

Affiliates must use their unique affiliate link provided in the dashboard for all promotional activities. Links not generated through the affiliate dashboard will not be tracked or credited.

Ensure the proper use of your affiliate link to avoid any loss of commission. We are not responsible for commissions not properly recorded.

 

Brand Usage Guidelines

  • Affiliates may use the Simplify Writing® logo and trademarked names exclusively for the purpose of promoting Simplify Writing®.

  • All promotional materials must reflect positively on Simplify Learning, LLC, and the Simplify Writing® brand.

  • Do not modify the logo, trademarks, or any other brand assets without prior written permission.

 

Prohibited Activities

  • Affiliates must adhere to anti-spam laws and refrain from any form of unsolicited communication, including email, text, or social media messaging, to promote Simplify Writing®.

  • Any affiliate found engaging in spam activities will be removed from the program, and all pending commissions will be forfeited.

 

Refunds and Chargebacks

  • If a purchase credited to an affiliate is refunded or charged back, the affiliate’s commission for that transaction will be voided.

  • Simplify Learning, LLC reserves the right to adjust commission payouts in the case of excessive refund rates or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

Termination and Changes

  • Simplify Learning, LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms or any behavior deemed harmful to the company’s reputation.

  • This agreement may be updated from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Simplify Learning, LLC is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

 

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Arizona where Simplify Learning, LLC is headquartered.
